After Honey was settled in his job, I was satisfied that he has started assuming his responsibilities. Till then he was opting for easy life but after joining his first job he got good exposure towards life and people. He asked Chuttan to complete his exams. As Chuttan was not having any experience, Honey asked him to opt for computers for some time, till then he would start looking for a job for him. After a month or so, Honey asked Chuttan to get ready as he has planned up an interview for him. It was Sunday, Chuttan was arranging clothes for himself to wear for the interview. He didn’t have enough of shirts and trousers, but somehow he managed to get one. Next morning he was given the appropriate bus fare to reach for the interview. He had cleared his graduation with good marks. Twice or thrice he went for the interviews and at last he got the job. I was relaxed that my responsibilities were over. I had given them a platform to stand on their feet. Now they will manage the other part of their life themselves.
On every weekend they used to come to me and mummy to take new set of clothes. In the beginning it was going fine but then during winters it was impossible for them to travel at 5 in the morning in foggy days. Once they were late on Friday and were back on a bike. Yes they bought a new bike. Honey had gifted me my mobile phone also. Now it is going to be easy for them to move to city on every Monday morning. After two years, Honey was planning to shift us to Delhi. But the question was what I am going to do with my job. After working there for six years, it was becoming difficult for me to think regarding my resignation. The locality members were now keen to see all three of us working together with some questions in their eyes. I had spoken to my HOD regarding my resignation. She said that why I wanted to leave that job which had given me name, fame and money? And all my maths department teachers were asking me not to quit the job. But again as I had said before that God plans everything. I finally decided to leave. I had written my resignation letter and was planning that morning to submit that to the Principal…
