On a personal front, year 2014 was full of accomplishments and struggles, and I look forward to year 2015 as that of a game changer, both on the professional and the personal front. Sometimes I wonder how time flies by so fast. It seemed just yesterday when year 2014 came and now it has come to an end. There is so much to cherish and so much to learn from this year that is going to come to an end in the coming days. Looking back at the year 2014, it was full of personal milestones. I completed a year of my married life in January and launched thepoliticalpandit.com in August. I also started my book project in the year 2014 and hope to accomplish it by the first few months of year 2015 and work on it is going on full steam.
Hence, the year 2015 is the one full of hope and anticipation. These are the very values on which the human life is based, the ones of hope and positive anticipation. Even though just launched, thepoliticalpandit.com can boast of a small number of fire band followers and yet it has yet to evolve and reach to wider audiences. This is after all what every blogger wants, that their blog should have a wider audience spanning across the globe and the comments section should always be alive and kicking. But I am disappointed on that part. The comments section on every blog on thepoliticalpandit.com is yet to take off and I wonder what will it amount to make this section vibrant and exciting. Perhaps, my writing is too boring or to put it mildly, too ambivalent for people to comment on.
However, as far as the global reach of thepoliticalpandit.com is concerned, I think I have made a good and yet a modest beginning. The maximum number of visitors of my blog are from India, and the second number is from Russia, one of the countries I admire the most. There are also a sizable portion of viewers from the United States, which shows my blog is taking roots and I am able to appeal to a wider audience. My expectations from thepoliticalpandit.com in the year 2015 would be to make it more widely reachable in the coming year 2015 and increase both the global reach and the number of visitors to the blog. And yes, I would want the comment section to be most vibrant and lively part of my blog, which was not the case in 2014.
As far as my book project is concerned, I would not like to do more of a talking at this stage. But I would like to reveal that work is on full swing on the project and I aim to submit the finished manuscript to the publishers by March 2015, and hope the book would be out by June or July 2015. It was in April 2014 that I started my activities for the book project and now I am happy that it took off this year and is shaping up well. My another hope and positive anticipation in the year 2015 is that first I am able to finish its manuscript on time and then the book does well both in the national and the international market, a natural and a universal wish of all the writers, to get their story heard and read through as wide an audience as possible.
On the personal front, I am happy that I would be completing two years of my married life with my spouse in January 2015. This is a personal milestone I am most happy about, since being with my spouse has brought in a sea change of positivity and sheer ecstasy and bliss in my life. Not only is my wife supportive and understanding, the most important part is that it is quite a fun being with her and we treat each other more like friends rather than spouses. Even though every relationship has its periods of trials and tribulations, so does mine, I hope and I know that my relationship with my wife has emerged as stronger and deeper in the year 2014. Though there were a number of testing periods for our relationship in the year 2014, I hope and pray that we are able to forge a more strengthened relationship in the coming year 2015.
These are some of my hopes and positive anticipations for the year 2015. Why don’t you share yours? After all, it is in the very nature of the human spirit to looking forward to the coming times with hope and trust that everything would be well with them and their near and dear ones. I welcome your hopes and positive anticipations for the coming year 2015 and would love to hear them out in the comments section. After all, happiness is to be multiplied and sorrows divided by sharing. That’s what I ought to achieve with my writings. Do keep the comments rolling in. Stay safe and happy. Thank you.
